I recently bought a house in which I hired Tejas for the attorney review and to represent me as the buyer. Tejas is not only professional but an extremely pleasant attorney to work with. His office assistant Steve was great too. I actually had Tejas perform two attorney reviews for me because the first house didn't go through. When I found my second house, it was only on the market 6 hrs and I had to work fast to secure it, Tejas immediately got the ball rolling with getting a new contract drawn up and over to the seller asap. His reviews and edits on both contracts demonstrated his expertise and I felt protected as the buyer. Tejas and Steve responded to my questions promptly and were readily available if I needed anything. Due to the COVID situation, no one was able to attend the closing except the mortgage person and myself, however after the closing, Tejas called me in the evening to congratulate me since he couldn't do it in person and wanted to make sure I didn't have any questions.
